This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 09win ("Platform", "we", or "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided through the 09win website or our mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms set out herein.

These Terms are effective together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which also forms part of the overall agreement between you and 09win. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing.

09win reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure, and any funds held within the account may be withheld until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the 09win platform. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated without notice.

You are fully responsible for:

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 09win shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions, technical failures, or system errors
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Loss of data or information due to system failures beyond our control

In all circumstances, 09win's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
